From Monday 4th September onwards – Boccia lunchtime groups
We offer a weekly Boccia lunchtime group to interested pupils from both our junior and senior classes. The group is run by two dedicated parent volunteers. For more information about Boccia visit http://boccia.uk.com/.
Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)
Some of our pupils will be going riding with the RDA again this year. These sessions offer fun and therapeutic experiences which benefit our pupils in lots of different ways. For more information about the RDA please see their website at http://www.rda.org.uk/.
Tuesday 5th September – PAMIS 24 hour postural care event
This event is being hosted at the school from 10 – 1. It is a practical and hands on session and will cover good postural care practice; pain recognition; thermo-regulation and safety planning. Friday 29th September – MacMillan Coffee Morning
Following on from our highly successful coffee morning last year, Mr Hepburn will be working with some of the senior pupils to organise this year’s event. It will take place on the 29th September, please look out for more information coming soon.
