Duty of Candour

The Duty of Candour is something that all Early Learning & Childcare Centres have to adhere to. It is about letting parents and carers know if there is an unintended or unexpected serious incident within the nursery. Every year the ELCC will produce a short annual report showing whether any incidents have occured that year.
